SHIPPING TERMS

Delivery times depend on your shipping address.

• Orders shipped within the province of Quebec will be processed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
• Orders shipped elsewhere in Canada will be processed and delivered within 5 to 15 business days.

Free shipping is offered for purchases of $200 or more within Quebec and $250 or more elsewhere in Canada, on regular-priced items only.

⚠️ Decoration items (cushions, throws, clocks, lighting, furniture, mirrors, paintings, etc.) are not included in free shipping or in online delivery. Please contact us if you wish to have these items delivered.

Shipping details will be provided in your confirmation email.

RETURN POLICY

Boutique Laurence Alexandre does not offer refunds. Exchanges only are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition and accompanied by the receipt.

For online purchases and gift items, an extended exchange period may be granted, as long as the product is still in good condition.

Our team carefully inspects the quality of each item before packaging and shipping. Any claim related to delivery must be reported at the time of receipt, in order to engage the carrier’s responsibility. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
